Biography: Vincent Gallo is a member of the Libertarian party running for president of the United States. Vincent has a wife with 3 children and has previous military service with the U.S. Navy. Vincent earned a purple heart during his service in the navy and has been a senator for the past 6 years.
Domestic Views:
- Illegal Immigration: Allow illegal immigrants in for a selected period of time (one year) and then require them to take a citizenship test. If the immigrants pass the exam, then they can stay. However, if the exam is failed, they will be deported.
- Gun Control: Required background checks for all people, no felons allowed to own/purchase firearms, no same day purchases.
- NSA Surveillance: Only certain citizens should be surveillanced by the NSA. A citizen will only be monitored if he/she has a suspicious background and/or previous charges that are appropriate for NSA surveillance.
Foreign Policy:
- Guantanamo Bay: Keep open Guantanamo bay. The information we receive from Guantanamo Bay is crucial to the protection of America and it’s citizens.
- Foreign Aid: Stop sending foreign aid to all countries unless we’re benefitting from them. Depending on how we benefit from these countries depends on how much foreign aid they receive.
- Torture/Interrogation: Support torture and interrogation. Interrogating terrorists isn’t pretty, but receiving vital information is essential to keeping our country and citizens safe from terrorist activity.
Social Issues:
- Drug Policy: Legalization of all drugs. Drugs will be sold and distributed by the government with a tax. Depending on the drug, you will be taxed a certain percentage.
- Abortion: Pro choice in all cases
- Death Penalty: Support of death penalty. Depending on the crime, certain people deserve the death penalty as their charge.
